Overview
The System X overview course is delivered using a combination of
theory, demonstration and practical exercises. The course has been
developed using task based training principles, and is designed
to provide delegates with the basic product knowledge associated
with digital switching.

There are no prerequisites, as the course is aimed at a general
audience.

| Course Objectives |
After completing this course, delegates will be able to associate
with the System X switch product and understand the basic principles
of operation. It will also enable them to liase with the Switch
technical staff in a more efficient and confident manner, and relate
to operational issues.
