3 DAY EMOS Course

Overview

The EM-OS course is delivered using a combination of theory, demonstration and practical exercises. The course has been developed using task based training principles, and is designed to provide delegates with the key skills required by Network Operations Centre and network associates.

Duration - 3 Day.

Anyone working on management platforms or in the Transport Arena.

Prerequisites

The following pre-requisites are recommended:
SDH overview course and any associated SDH equipment course.

Course Objectives

After completing this course, delegates will be able to manage Network Elements, circuits, links, and perform the system administer role. In addition to Network Element management skills, delegates will be able to create, modify and delete EM-OS users. Delegates will also be able to perform EM-OS data base back-up and data base restoration.
