CCE were called in to rewrite, enhance and deliver a new set of hardware Courses on SDH SMA Equipment, and to deliver courses on behalf of the client.

The work involved checking the existing hardware and management platform and rewriting and enhancing the existing courseware. Courseware was rewritten within the specified time and within budget, consisting of enhanced and new chapters and new instructor power point slides and notes.

The SMA courses went live without a pilot and were a complete success, with the client congratulating the instructor on the course and his knowledge on the equipment.
